Rockport Asset Management, LLC acquires and manages portfolios of performing, re-performing and sub-performing residential real estate debt.  These mortgage backed assets are purchased from banks, financial institutions, hedge funds and private investors. 

Our goal is to work with the borrower directly, develop an individual relationship and provide solutions when necessary. 

Rockport Asset Management, LLC was founded by a team of veteran mortgage professionals all of whom have extensive experience in pricing, due diligence, servicing and restructuring of distressed residential mortgage assets.
